In terms of clothing, this says more about your beliefs and values than any designer outfit ever could.

And, yes, then there are those couture, high-end and special occasion items – dresses, suits, tuxedos, wedding gowns, dress shirts etc. – that require high-end, special attention. Our cleaning professionals are experienced in handling all kinds of clothing items, in every kind of fabric, and every kind of texture, trim and finish, no matter now delicate.

We also recognize that every single garment we clean is unique and can assure you that we treat, clean and repair each and every item on its own merits, issues and specific needs. We also guarantee that we never damage garments.

Our cleaning services include (but are not limited to):

Wedding Gowns & Formal Apparel: Inspected, cleaned individually and hand pressed to perfection.

Blazers, Suits & Tuxedos: Always hand pressed to avoid excessive shine from over pressing by machine. We also recognize that we have 3D bodies, and the clothing we are cleaning and pressing needs to take that into account. With this in mind, we know that every garment needs to be contoured as it was designed, which is why we use padded hangers and stuff the sleeves with acid free tissue to maintain the shape of the garment.

Evening Gowns, Cocktail Dresses & Gala Wear: Inspected, cleaned individually and hand pressed to perfection.

Blouses & Camisoles: Always hand pressed to avoid excessive shine from over pressing by machine. Garment is contoured during cleaning and pressing as it was designed to account for the human form. This includes using padded hangers to prevent hanger marks on shoulders.

Dress Shirts: After the collars stays are removed, the cuff and collars are scrubbed, then bathed in soft water mixed with our specialized enzyme based soap. After thorough cleansing, the dress shirt is then hand finished, and buttons are inspected and replaced where needed.  New collar stays are inserted and a ‘papillon’ (butterfly) collar support is used to ensure that the shirts collar does not get crushed. Your dress shirt is then hung on an extra wide hanger to prevent hanger marks on the shoulders of the shirt.

Golf Shirts & T-shirts: Individually cleaned, then hand finished.

Pants & Shorts: Individually cleaned, then hand finished. When packaging we use a high quality hanger that helps prevent wrinkles on the mid leg along with a pant clip to ensure that pants do not slip off the hanger.

Dresses & Skirts: Individually cleaned, hand finished and then reshaped to the garment’s design. Dresses are packaged in tissue and on a special hanger to keep the shape of the garment. Skirts are hung on a special hanger that does not require us to use safety pins on the skirt in our bid to never damage a single garment.

Sweaters, including specialty cashmere items etc: Gently cleansed after stain treatment.  Reblocked to shape and carefully de-linted by hand. Folded with a sheet of acid free tissue to prevent setting of hard creases and then on a rounded hanger to avoid stretching and shoulder marks. A ribbon is then tied around the sweater to avoid the sweater from falling off the hanger.
Finally, we use a special resealable sweater bag which protects the garment for long term storage.

Raincoats: Gently cleansed after stain treatment. Hand finished to prevent seams from showing through. Individually packaged using a sturdy hanger in a breathable bag for long term storage.

Scarves, Gloves, Toques, Baseball Caps: Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel… we clean everything from standard ski gear to Salvatore Ferragamo gloves.

Specialty Items – Beads, lace, sequins, satins and silks: Individually cleaned by hand and then hand pressed

Specialty Items – Leather, suede, fur, sheepskin rugs, rubber, vinyl and latex: We can clean what most cannot!

UGGs: Bring us your boots! We hand clean all UGGs and even re-dye them when needed to even out the colour and texture.
